Our comprehensive 2 to 5 weeks program covers all the essential skills and techniques that help you achieve your dreams of running your own baking business, including creating delicious desserts, cakes, chocolate, breads, and laminated doughs.

With our small class size, limited to a maximum of eight students per class, you are guaranteed to receive personalized attention and guidance from our expert instructors, allowing you to truly master the craft of baking. No previous experience is necessary – beginners are welcomed!

125+ Hours baking classes

Our professional pastry & baking course is divided into 5 weeks (see below). You can choose to register for 2 weeks and focusing on specific skills or up to 5 weeks to gain a comprehensive set of skills across all fields. 

On-site study 125+ hours full-time program.
Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 2 PM.

What you get

Professional diploma

Come learn more than 120 recipes that cover all the techniques you need. At the end of the class, we will grant you a bakery & pastry diploma.

Expert recipe book

We will give you a detailed recipe book with up to 120+ professional recipes. Each item we covered will be explained in detail, so you don’t fail when making your own.

Chef outfit

Get a chef outfit including a jacket and apron. Not only you can work with it at the school, but we will give it to you for free when you graduate!


All the sweets you will make during the baking classes are yours, we will pack them for you so you can share your cakes with your colleagues, friends, and family!

You can enroll any Monday.

All weeks are independent. In other words, you don’t have to start by week n°1.

If you are coming from abroad, you may need to get a tourist visa and a place to stay. We can help you with that.

Tourist Visa

Citizens from 64 countries can come into Thailand under the visa exemption rule. However, this exemption usually allows you to stay for 30 days only and is too tight for our full course.

For that reason, we suggest that you take a Tourist Visa. You can get this visa from your country before flying into Thailand. Once you made the deposit, we will give you a Letter of Acceptance that you can show to the Thai Embassy if requested when applying for the Tourist Visa.


In case you need it, we can provide you with a list of accommodations near our school. You can find guesthouses for low budget (around 15,000 ฿ for 30 days) or hotels if you want a more comfy room (around 20,000-25,000 ฿ for 30 days). Finally, getting around in Bangkok from the school is very easy: Bangkok Skytrain is 200 meters away.
