 Join from 2 to 5 weeks (more than 120 hours) and learn :

We cover all techniques and all cakes and breads you need to learn! We accept a maximum of 5 students so you can learn in the best conditions. No previous experience is necessary, beginners are welcomed!

120+ Hours baking classes


Our professional pastry & baking course is divided into 5 weeks (see below). You can choose to register for 2 weeks up to 5 weeks.

Study at the school full-time for 125+ hours,
Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 2 PM.

For chefs, professionals, or people who want to open a bakery shop, we advise you to learn all 5 weeks.

BRING CAKES BACK HOME!

All the sweets you will make during the baking classes are yours, we will pack them for you so you can share your cakes with your colleagues, friends, and family!

You can enroll any Monday.

All weeks are independent. In other words, you don’t have to start by week n°1.

Example: If you start with the week n°5 (Bakery / Bread making #2), the week after you learn week n°1 (Pastry basics), and then continue with week n°2 (Cake making) until you learn all 5 weeks!

VISA & ACCOMMODATIONS


If you are coming from abroad, you may need to get a tourist visa and a place to stay. We can help you with that.

Tourist Visa

Citizens from 64 countries can come into Thailand under the visa exemption rule. However, this exemption usually allows you to stay for 30 days only and is too tight for our full course.

For that reason, we suggest that you take a Tourist Visa. You can get this visa from your country before flying into Thailand. Once you made the deposit, we will give you a Letter of Acceptance that you can show to the Thai Embassy if requested when applying for the Tourist Visa.

Accommodations

In case you need it, we can provide you with a list of accommodations near our school. You can find guesthouses for low budget (around 10,000-15,000 ฿ for 30 days) or hotels if you want a more comfy room (around 20,000-25,000 ฿ for 30 days). Finally, getting around in Bangkok from the school is very easy: Sukhumvit (Bangkok’s main road) is 300 meters away and Bangkok Skytrain is 650 meters away.
