Chef Lucas is a pastry and baking expert trained in “Le Paraclet”, a renowned culinary school in Quimper, France, where he developed his skills and passion for the craft.

Following his studies, Chef Lucas went on to work for four years as a pastry chef in prestigious Michelin-starred restaurants, including “Les Morainières” in France, where he gained invaluable experience and developed a deep understanding of the intricacies of pastry and baking.

Since 2018, Chef Lucas leads our classes, inspiring and guiding students to create delicious desserts. His classes are interactive, hands-on, and tailored to each student’s skill level.

Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced baker, Chef Lucas will help you take your skills to the next level and create pastry and baked goods that are sure to impress.

Siri is the backbone of our baking school, serving as our administrator. With her exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, she ensures that our operations run smoothly and efficiently.

At our baking school, Siri handles everything from scheduling classes and managing enrollment to maintaining our social media presence. She is always ready to assist our students with their inquiries and requests.

Whether it’s answering questions or addressing concerns, she is always ready to lend a helping hand and make sure our students are satisfied with our services.

Wim is an integral part of our team, bringing a wealth of experience in customer support and sales support. She is highly skilled in managing customer queries and concerns with ease, always striving to ensure customer satisfaction.

Fluent in both English and Thai, Wim is able to communicate effectively with our customers, responding to their calls, emails, and messages on social media.

She is a dedicated team member who helps our students find the best visas and accommodations that suit their needs for joining our courses.

She is always available to answer questions and address any concerns, making sure that our students are happy and satisfied with our services.
