We cover all techniques and most important cakes and breads you need to learn! We accept a maximum of 5 students so you can learn in the best conditions. No previous experience is necessary, beginners are welcomed!
Intensive baking course
We all have a busy life: family, friends, work, sport… Our time is limited.
For that reason, we designed this course so our students only have to come on weekends.
Come to the school every Saturday and Sunday from 9 AM to 3 PM for 5 weeks.
This way, you don’t have to stop working, studying or taking care of your family!

Baking course content
The weekend baking course is divided into 10 modules, come learn every weekend for 5 weeks
1) Basic pastry : Choux and eclairs

2) Basic pastry : Tarts & pies
Pie crust, lemon meringue pie, apple Tatin, kiwi tart, mango tart…
3) Cake making 1 : Small cakes
Tiramisu, New-York cheesecake, millefeuille, custard…
4) Cake making 2 : BUTTERCREAM cakes
Strawberry mousseline cake, opera cake, buttercream, chocolate ganache, sponge cake…
5) cake making 3 : Advanced cakes
Mango mousse cake, caramel & vanilla cake, passion fruit mousse, glazing, sponge cake…
6) Chocolates : Chocolate making
Trio chocolate cake, chocolate decorations, temper chocolate, chocolate candies, brownies, cookies…
Macarons shells, vanilla custard, chocolate ganache, matcha cream…
8) Bread making 1 : Soft breads

What you get
When can i join?
You can join anytime you want. You can enroll any Saturday or Sunday.

All modules are independent. In other words, you don’t have to start by module n°1.
Example: If you start with the “bread making 2” (Croissant & Danish), you follow with “bread making 3” (Bread & pizza), and then continue with “basic pastry 1” (Choux & eclairs) until you learn all 10 modules!
Which course should i choose?
We offer two different professional baking courses.
Weekend baking course :
This course is taking place on Saturday and Sunday for 5 weeks.
Its goal is to give you all the pastry and baking techniques that you need.
It is designed for people who can’t study during weekdays.
This baking course is taking place from Monday to Friday for 5 weeks.
You will learn more than 110 recipes and study for more than 150 hours.
This course covers the same techniques but more recipes and is less intensive. Click here to discover it.
