What you learn
This workshop will teach you from scratch, everything you need to know to make all these :
- Tiramisu
Iconic Italian dessert with creamy mascarpone and coffee
- Parisian Flan
Classic French dessert with shortcrust base and a thick creamy vanilla custard topping
- Millefeuille
French sweet, layered puff pastry and vanilla custard
After the chef demonstrates, you will be making all these sweets by yourself.
