New York style Cheesecake. Very heavy on the cream cheese giving dense and rich yet very smooth texture.
- Basque cheesecake
Baked at high temperature, with creamy, rich and caramelised texture.
- Japanese cheesecake
Soufflé cheesecake with fluffy, sponge-like texture.
- Cinnamon cookies
Perfectly crisp on the outside and soft and chewy on the inside.
- Fluffy cream cheese batter
Perfect creamy, smooth and very rich cream cheese batter
After the chef demonstrates, you will be making all these sweets by yourself.
